• You must play with own funds only — not money borrowed from others or obtained through unauthorised credit.

Accounts found to be in breach of the above conditions will be suspended immediately without prior notice. vwin21 reserves the right to hold the balance in any suspended account until the investigation is complete. In cases of deliberate identity fraud or duplicate accounts, the full account balance may be confiscated.

vwin21 supports multiple local Malaysian payment methods to simplify the deposit process. All accepted payment methods are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only and are processed in real time or within 3 minutes, depending on the method selected.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's account or e-wallet are not permitted.
• Vwin21 is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by third-party system disruptions (banks, e-wallet providers) beyond our control.

Vwin21 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Please familiarise yourself with the following withdrawal conditions and procedures.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours to your Malaysian bank account or local e-wallet.
• Withdrawal first from a new account requires KYC identity verification, which takes 24–48 hours. Once KYC is complete, all subsequent withdrawals are processed at the standard rate.
• Withdrawals must be to the same bank account or e-wallet as used for the deposit — this is a security and anti-money laundering requirement that cannot be waived.
• vwin21 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, the receiving financial institution may apply their own charges.
• VIP Gold members receive priority processing within 30 minutes. VIP Diamond members within 15 minutes.

• 150% Welcome Bonus up to RM750 is available to new members making their first deposit only. It may be claimed once per account, email address, phone number, IP address and mailing address.
• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The standard rollover for Sports Betting bonuses is 8x and for Live Casino bonuses is 25x, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be used within validity period as stated. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Vwin21 reserves the right to void the bonus if there are signs of abuse — including clearly low-risk betting to fulfil rollover requirements, VPN usage, or betting patterns inconsistent with normal usage.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts or shared with other players in any way.
• Bets placed on matches or games that are cancelled, postponed, or had incorrect odds applied do not count towards rollover requirements.

All bets placed on the platform vwin21 — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton), live in-play betting, Live Casino and slots — are subject to the following rules.

• Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed and a ticket number is generated, it cannot be cancelled or amended except under specifically stated circumstances.
• Vwin21 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error or data error. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to your account.
• Live betting (in-play) may be voided if the sports data feed is interrupted before the event resumes or the result is confirmed. vwin21's decision in such matters is final.
• For events that are postponed or cancelled: bets placed on events postponed by more than 24 hours will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Bets on fully cancelled events will be refunded in full.
• Maximum winnings per round or per event is subject to the limits set for each game category. These limits can be viewed in the respective game rules section.
• Any attempt to exploit system errors, manipulate games, or use automated software (bots) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

vwin21 conduct an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) to protect all members from fraud and to ensure the platform remains free from money laundering activity. This process is a mandatory requirement that cannot be waived.

vwin21 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or any criminal activity involving a vwin21 account.
• Using automated software, bots or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, or disrespectful manner towards vwin21 support staff.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact vwin21 support via live chat or email. Any eligible balance (after meeting rollover requirements, if applicable) will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days.
